“I have found Richard Lynch and I Love Limerick to be a fantastic asset to the City. Richard worked with Environment Section as a judge on our Community Challenge in 2011 and we found him to be an extremely positive person in regard to the City’s environment. A lot of the issues in the City require behavioural change and I believe that the influence that Richard can bring to bear on all of us will greatly help that behavioural change.
